How many guests are you planning for?
Banquet packages are designed to accommodate a set number of guests under a tent with chairs and tables. These packages include a high peak tent, tent gutters as needed, perimeter tent lighting, standard folding chairs, and folding tables. Add-ons are available upon request.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during our busiest event months when popular tents and rental items can become unavailable. We stop accepting new orders during the week of an event. For example, if your party is on a Saturday, the Friday of the week before is the last day to place your order. Booking earlier gives you the best selection and more time to plan your setup.

Yes. Our party tents can be installed on grass as well as hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. When stakes cannot be used, concrete ballasts are required to safely secure the tent and are rented separately. Let us know what type of surface you have when requesting your quote so we can plan the appropriate installation.

Table and chair setup and teardown are available as additional services. We keep these separate from the standard rental so our crew can dedicate the appropriate time needed to properly set up your event. If you'd rather have everything arranged before your party and taken down afterward, simply add setup and teardown to your quote.

We typically deliver party rentals 1–2 days before your event and return for pickup 1–2 days afterward. Standard delivery allows rentals to remain at your location for up to five days at no additional charge, giving our team the flexibility to coordinate delivery and pickup without rushing your event. Some exceptions may apply depending on the rental items, location, or event schedule.
